A barbershop goes online
A landing page, an online booking flow and a full migration off AgendaPro, with automations for confirmations, reminders, no-shows and win-back.

Question
Can a barbershop move off WhatsApp and AgendaPro without losing its customers?
Problem
The shop ran bookings through AgendaPro and WhatsApp, with a duplicated customer base and no follow-up.
Data
An export of customers and bookings from the previous system (AgendaPro): 665 records with mixed phone formats, duplicates, malformed emails and no-show history. The data is not published.
Method
Website and booking flow design (service, barber, day and time), customer base cleanup in Python (phone-based deduplication and +549 normalization), and automations for confirmations, reminders, blocking after 3 no-shows and win-back at 21 days.
Result
665 records were cleaned into 553 real customers, with 112 duplicates merged, and bookings moved online with automatic confirmation.
What I learned
Clean the data before you automate: 1 in 6 records was a duplicate.
